About the Client
Xira Connect is a legal technology company founded by Reza Ghaffari, Patrick Di Pietro, and Kourosh. Their platform helps lawyers and legal teams manage client relationships and workflows. They engaged Brainverse for a full agentic organization buildout.
The Challenge
The Xira team wanted to integrate AI into their operations but needed someone to build the foundation right. The goal was a fully deployed agent team they could operate independently, not a system that required ongoing vendor support.
What Was Built and Delivered
LinkedIn automation, live in production before Session 2
Reza independently connected LinkedIn content posting through the agent team before the second training session. Not a demo. Production use, ahead of where most clients are at that stage.
Gmail fully wired through Xira's domain
Full send and receive via the Xira domain. Agents handle email workflows without copy and paste.
WordPress MCP connected live during the final session
Patrick had been manually copy-pasting content into WordPress. That workflow is now eliminated. Agents write directly to the site.
Full platform knowledge base uploaded and queryable
Reza uploaded Xira's complete user manual as a knowledge base document. The foundation for their planned customer support bot.
Custom skill authoring demonstrated end to end
Jeff walked Reza through building a LinkedIn posting skill from scratch. Reza can now author new skills independently without Brainverse guidance.
Git workflow established, all three principals committing
Reza and Patrick both push and pull changes. Repository hygiene patterns are set. The team can maintain and extend the system on their own.
